About the mandate
For a large organisation in Brussels, you are the link between HR's needs and the delivery of data and reporting solutions as HR Data Foundation & Insights Manager. You turn business priorities into roadmaps, backlogs and delivery plans for HR initiatives and transformation programmes. You maintain an overview of the HR data landscape, consolidate demand and align HR stakeholders with the technical teams, both internal and external. You safeguard governance, data quality, privacy and documentation, and you steer the migration from Qlik to Power BI to simplify the reporting landscape.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an overview of the HR Data & Insights landscape and map dependencies, gaps and opportunities for reuse
- Consolidate demand from HR, prioritise requirements and coordinate delivery with internal teams and external partners
- Align HR stakeholders, business needs and technical teams
- Safeguard standards for governance, data quality, privacy and documentation
- Coordinate ongoing BAU activities and drive adoption and continuous improvement
- Lead the migration from Qlik to Power BI to rationalise the reporting landscape
- Translate priorities into roadmaps, backlogs and delivery plans for HR initiatives and transformation programmes
Must-haves
- At least 7 years of experience in Data & Insights, analytics or data product management
- Hands-on experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of KPIs, data models, SQL, data pipelines and reporting architecture
- Experience with business analysis, backlog management, stakeholder coordination and delivery
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect business and technical teams
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with HR or People Analytics
