Business Analyst / Project Manager

About the mandate

For a large organisation in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst and Project Manager to lead the implementation of the European digital ID wallet. The wallet must be integrated seamlessly into the existing digital channels and offer a high-quality customer experience. You manage the project over its full duration, from kick-off to closure. You gather and document the business requirements, work with the solution design team and coordinate development, testing and integration. You steer stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams and monitor planning, budget, risks and quality.

Responsibilities

• Managing the project lifecycle: kick-off, planning, execution, follow-up and closure
• Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders in customer experience, marketing and operations
• Working with the solution design team to develop a solution that fits the business needs and the digital strategy
• Following up the development and testing of the solution, including integration with existing digital channels and systems
• Drawing up and managing project plans, resource planning and project schedules
• Aligning with stakeholders from IT, customer experience and marketing to ensure a successful delivery
• Managing project risks, issues and changes, and drawing up mitigation plans where necessary
• Drawing up and managing project budgets, and rolling out the wallet on time, within budget and in line with quality standards

Must-haves

• At least 15 years of experience in project management and Business Analysis, preferably in a retail banking or digital channels environment
• Proven experience with projects involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams
• Master's degree with relevant experience in comparable projects
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, the team language
• Strong written and verbal communication in French
• Strong written and verbal communication in Dutch
• Experience with Agile project management methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
